All my friends were impressed with the standard of cake I brought home! It looked amazing but tasted amazing too! A lovely morning doing something just for me that I had always wanted to know more about and have the confidence to create.

Heather is a gem...so personable always easy to talk with whilst teaching.

So well set up. I wasn't sure how my daughter would go as she has never done cake decorating and is only just turned 6. But Heather was so clear and great with her instructions and very well prepared with all the ingredients and tools you need. the finished cake looked amazing!! Didn't look like a 6 year old did it and she was so excited and happy before, during and after class.

You were very clear in your instructions and fun in your approach. It was clear that the students enjoyed working with you and learning from your expertise.
