Make & Bake Gingerbread House: 13 years+

Description

This class is split in to 2 parts- if you attend both parts you can make an amazing gingerbread house from scratch! In the first part of the class you will learn how to make gingerbread from scratch and shape it into perfect panels for a gingerbread house! While the gingerbread rests, we can have lunch and prepare for the cutting of the panels. (BYO lunch or head to Whipped Baker for a treat!). After lunch we can then cut the panels and cook them- ready to be decorated! Then of course you can join us for the second part of the workshop- decorating! This needs to be booked separately. Due to space, this first part of the workshop is limited to only 5 participants only. Class dates & times: Saturday December 16th- 11am-2pm Saturday December 23rd 11am-2pm Please note that this class allows time for letting the gingerbread rest, cutting the panels and cooking them. Timing will vary depending on the day- students may be finished earlier. The decorating class starts at 2pm.
