Adults/teens Cake Decorating- level 2

Description

This class is for home bakers who want to improve their skills, particularly with piping. It will help if you have some experience, especially with levelling & stacking a cake & covering a whole cake with buttercream. Send me an email if you're not sure. In this class you'll: Learn the importance of correct consistency of icing for piping on a cake. Learn and practice different piping techniques- ruffles, scallops & swirls. Create a vintage/lambeth-style 6 inch cake using all your new skills to take home to share with friends and family. $120 includes all materials and recipes to take home. Afternoon tea is provided. Limited to 6 participants. Saturday 1st June- 1-4pm. Workshop will be held at my home in Gate Pa. Address will be provided a few days before the event. Not quite your thing?
